Hey, Paul told me that Emory now owns every single episode of MST3K on DVD. This is awesome.

So when you guys are living two blocks from me or whatever, whenever you watch an episode gimme a ring. I'm sure I will join you more than half the time.

i also was slightly irritated by garden state. half because i am firmly of the belief that directors should not act in their own movies --- recipe for disaster, just add water. the other half because there was a small element of it that resonated a little to close to home, as it were (god, i'm using cliches; shoot me now). it's just that i happen to currently live "far, far away," and on the rare occasions that i come back to visit, people seem to think that i'm off doing something interesting or successful, when in truth i still feel nary a hair's breadth away from utter failure or blithe mediocrity...

I agree completely with Alex. That movie blows hard.

Ocean's Twelve, when viewed on V.O.D. on a Saturday afternoon when you are not really paying attention to it, is just fine.

I can only imagine how toxic it would have been had I seen it in the theater.
