Family Guy
Last Sunday's Family Guy had my favorite reference in the series' history with its extended riff on the old Sesame Street pinball bit ("One-two-three-four-five, six-seven-eight-nine-ten, ELEVEN TWELVE!"). But then Peter appeared as MC Scat Cat later in the episode so I had to declare a new champion.

An episode of Family Guy would only last about three and a half minutes if it wasn't for the cutaways and random references. I don't know if that's a good thing or not.
